The Cayuga Nation Office of Tribal Defense is composed of experienced area attorneys who are available to represent Native American defendants charged with criminal offenses in the Nation’s Tribal Court. Tribal defense counsel works to protect the rights of those accused and help them navigate the tribal court system.
